 The 2016 annual VGMAs came off successfully yesterday. at the Accra International Conference Centre.



It was one of the shortest awards in the history of the VGMAs. The event was well attended with various celebs, industry players and the general public in attendance.
The event started with the red carpet session at 7:10pm and ended at exactly 8: 15pm. The event proper started with performances from EL. It also witnessed performances from Bisa Kdei, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Joe Mettle, Efya and others.
Efya, Sarkodie and Stonebwoy were by far the best performers on the night.
Rapper EL was the ultimate winner that’s the VGMAs artiste of the year. Bisa Kdei, Sarkodie, Kofi Kinaata  received multiple awards on the night.
