Fante rappers should look up to Kofi Kinaata – Kofi Asamaoh

Kofi Asamoah the C.E.O of kofas media producers of Kalybos in China , Boys Kasa , Amakye and Dede has ask the new and old names who rap in Fante to look up to the “Susuka” and “Sweet pie” hit maker Kofi Kinaata of high grade family.


He made this assertion because “Fante rap” he believes has come to stay and it’s making waves in the music industry. Ghana can boast of good Fante rappers like Pappy Kojo, Tee flow, Kofi Kinaata to mention but a few.

On the other hand people think Pappy Kojo is not much of a good rapper and he needs to improve on his style of rap because he uses a lot of explicit lyrics in his rap.

However Kofi Asamoah also mentioned Nero X and Tee flow as some of the good Fante musicians we have in Ghana. He urged the Fante Rapper to join forces to help promote Fante rap.

He then said he wish to see Fante music grow really big and be able to stand on its own both locally and internationally in the next five years.
