The deceased have been identified as Daniel Antwi and Kwadwo Santana.
They are both residents of Esereso and reportedly took refuge infront of the building during a heavy downpour Thursday evening.
Two others who also sustained minor injuries have been sent to a hospital for treatment.
Nana Yaw Ntiri, a resident of Esereso told Starr News that the two people died instantly in the building collapse.
