PHOTOS: JB Danquah Adu laid in state

 Friends and sympathisers of the late Joseph Boakye-Danquah Adu Friday paid their last respect to the former Member of Parliament during his final funeral rites at the forecourt of the State House in Accra.
The late Joseph Boakye-Danquah Adu until his tragic death was the MP for Abuakwa North.

 Present at the funeral were President John Dramani Mahama, former presidents Jerry John Rawlings and John Agyekum Kufuor, ministers of state, MPs as well as members of the various political parties in the country.

The ceremony was solemn and was characterised by tributes from his wife, children and the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo.
