First copy of Efya’s ‘Janesis’ sold for $150,000 during Launch

Jane Awindor, popularly known as Efya, one of the top Ghanaian neo soul vocalists, has launched her debut album ‘Janesis’ in Accra, and earned an attractive amount for the sale of its first copy.

An anonymous supporter at the launch, took place at the Pot 7 club in Osu, offers 150,000 dollars to get the first copy of the album.


The maiden album launch was hosted by comedian DKB and some other celebrities like Bola Ray, Tinny and Reggie caught made the launch more attractive.

The “Janesis” album features popular stars like Sarkodie, Ice Prince, El and Bisa Kde. The album is produced by Kill Beats.
